Questions
Should I list it myself or consign?
List it yourself if you have a few slabs and don't mind a trip to the post office: you keep more at 8%. Consign if you have a stack of cards, want pro photos and pricing, or don't want to ship each sale.
What are the rules for sellers?
Ship within 2 business days using the label we provide, in a bubble sleeve and a box or rigid mailer. The card must match its cert number and photos. Late or wrong shipments add a strike; three strikes in 90 days pauses listing.
Why only graded cards?
A graded slab has a cert number anyone can look up. We match every listing to the grader's registry, which stops fakes and condition disputes before they start.
Which graders do you accept?
PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC. Cracked or tampered slabs can't be listed or consigned.
New seller limits?
For your first 30 days, each slab can be listed up to $500 and you can have 25 listings at once. Our team reviews each one before it goes live.
When do I get paid?
Every Friday by ACH or PayPal, for sales where the buyer has the card and the 3-day return window has closed. There's no minimum payout.
Are consigned cards insured?
Yes, from the carrier's first scan until they sell or come back to you, at your approved list price.
Can I get consigned cards back?
Anytime. Ask from your Seller Hub and we ship it back. Returns are free after 90 days listed; before that it's $8 per shipment.
